Hi sorry my pc has been annoying me for a week or two and i've searched and searched and can't find out what exactly is wrong with it. I feel bad asking you guys to help me out but I really am stuck.

Basically, all forms of messenger programs i.e msn messenger or meebo crash as soon as I log in. Or I get the message "...has encountered an error and needs to close".

Also, I have had trouble while playing games such as Team Fortress 2, where the map changes and my entire PC freezes up and I am forced to reboot, or in Aion where as soon as I press any button the sound freezes up and I can't do anything and must reboot again.

    I am currently using -

    BitDefender
    Malwarebytes Anti-Malware and
    Superantispyware

to search for any malicious programs but my system seems to be clean. I have also reinstalled all of the software I am having trouble with but I still get the same problem.

When I run CHKDSK Nothing comes up except when I try CHKDSK /F.

When I run CHKDSK /F i must wait until reboot to check and I get a bluescreen telling me to check for viruses on my harddrives(s) and also I should try and disconnect any newly installed hard disks or drivers.

Don't know if i've been precise enough but ill be her to reply when you need more information :)

Hi and welcome to the forum :)
This could be occurring because your data transfer rate is too low; bad file fragmentation, broken chipset/IDE/SATA drivers and corrupt swapfile would be common causes of this.

I think it would be a good idea to post a report from your computer first to try to rule out any driver/hardware failure.

    Zip files FTW :)
The video debugger suggests you need to connect a power feed to one of your video cards, that may fix some of your problems, or at least make the PC run stable enough for you to run further checks/tests later.

Everything seems to be connected correctly, and this has only been happening recently whereas i've had no problems with this computer until now.

Do you think I should use another power cable? or could it possibly be something else?

Im also getting alot of problems with explorer.exe, where it randomly ends or encounters a problem.
