PC Doctor On Call problem

I had downloaded this problem program over a year ago and have not found a way to remove it properly. Can anyone help?

 

Have you tried Add/Remove programs?

 

Yes, it said this program had already been removed, however, it's still there and active.

 

I searched "PC Doctor On Call" on the Internet, there's a long list of complaints about this product, all the same issues I have including not being able to remove useing Add/Remove or any uninstall program.
Below is just one of many I removed:
I installed this probram after doing a web search that turned up a bunch of these type of programs. The demo doesn't fix anything, just says that you have problems and then wants $ to get the real version. I uninstalled the think from 'add remove programs' and it is gone from there, but I keep getting pop ups and there is a red square icon in my toolbar that keeps loading. I can't get rid of the dam thing. These guys are real jerks, I don't need an attorney, I need a mercenary.
