Pc doesn't want to boot

I have a matsonic motherboard ms8157e with athlon processor 1.8mhz. I recently reformatted my pc and everything went fine, installed office even games. And when i tried to restart it,it doesn't want to boot anymore. I got a blank screen. Check the vcard, mem, and hardisk on my other pc and their fine. What do you think is wrong with it? please help me.,.

 

You likely have a conflicting issue with resources. Can you remember the last program or driver you installed before things went south?
Try booting into safe mode and 'last known good configuration' and uninstall that program. If your not sure try uninstalling one at a time, from last to first, attempting to boot in normal mode after each uninstall, and see if that helps to get it back!!

Also check the screen, possible that it blew. Plug another screen into it.

 

If windows boots into safe mode, but not into normal mode, your problem is software related.
When trying to boot in normal mode, and you get the BSOD (blue screen of death) before the windows graphical interface appears, it is likely to be a software device driver issue.
If the windows GUI appears, and then your system is freezing or crashing, its a pretty safe bet that a program that has been set to load automatically, is causing the problem.

Let us know if you can boot into safe mode (press F8 before the windows splash screen appears on start up and select safe mode from the advanced menu that appears).
