   RN2006 Private E-2

   Hello everyone,
   
   I have a laptop HP ZV5000. Running Win XP SP2.
   
   I have bean having trouble for the last couple of month playing downloaded movies or my web cam on Skype.
   The video plays for a couple of minutes then the hall screen freezes and I have to restart the pc.
   
   Any ideas about why this is happening?
