My little Shuttle PC, running XP SP3, has recently developrd a sporadic start up problem. Usually, pressing the on button it starts and runs normally but from time to time, the start button has no effect unless USB donglke is removed and replaced. Even more strangely, it sometimes refuses to start with no external objects BUT after, between 5 and 30 minutes it starts and runs by itself (providing the on button had not been pressed twice). Any suggestions ??

Hi my friend , you can try another PSU ( power supply unit ) at the first opportunity to ensure if the same situation is existed , how old is your system ? :wave

Hello and thanks for the reply. My Shuttle is a 10year old micro PC (8"x8"x10") which has a non-standard PC power supply so I suppose that I will have to live with the problem until it finally gives up .
