Pc Not Booting To Bios, No Beeps No Display.

My PSU was doing ultrasound for a long time, so I got a new one for free and changed it, but it was not enough powerfull for my PC, so I put back my old PSU(480w). And PC didnt boot to bios. No beeps no display (with video adapter or with integrated HDMI same). Then I connected power only to CPU and MOBO with 1 RAM stick-no response. Fans and lights working, even when I connect the pci network adapter it gets power. If I take out all the RAM, MOBO starts to beep like it should. If RAM is placed to any slot, no signal. BIOS battery reset didnt help as well. The other strange thing is that if I switch off PC with the power button, it starts working again in a couple of seconds. So I have to switch it off with the O\I button on the PSU. What is more likely my problem PSU MOBO RAM or CPU? Any suggestions?

 

Never mind you tried the cmos.

 

Sounds like a loose connection. 1st thing to do is eliminate as many points of failure as possible.

Make sure your 4 pin to the cpu is connected properly.And make sure your 12 pin to the motherboard is pushed in till it clicks.

 

power connections are allright.

 

If you have the money i would Buy a new power supply.Sounds like both are dead.
