PC Not Recognizing CD ROM

    Good Day All -
    Moved an HD from WIN98 PC to another PC (trying to take a shortcut). Need to load some drivers(incl NIC/Ethernet Adptr). Downloaded drvrs on another PC and burned them to CD. Problem is neiter of the CD ROMs are being recognized in windows explorer. BIOS seems to recognize, but do't show in Device Manager.

    Any thoughts on getting CD Rom usable or another route to obtain drivers?
