   every time i turn on the computer i get the error message from pc probe declaring my "POWER FAN BELOW THRESHOLD!!"
   What does this mean and how do i fix this??

   heres the thing....i came home,and it wasnt on.i think the power supply burned up from dust or old age...i took it out of the tower,is there any way i can test it myself??
