pc restarts and chkdsk errors

i'm getting some errors

there were some electricity failures, and my pc ****ed up


now today when i booted up my pc , the OS started to check C: drive

after 79% i got a cross-linked error, after which it stopped functioning and was not continuing

the error is

i was also receiving this error earlier so i reinstalled my OS, it worked for a few days but now its again giving me errors

and when i cancel the disk check, then my pc restarts at the welcome screen

i restarted and then pressed F8 and selected the Disable automatic system restarts after system failures so now when i reached the welcome screen i received a screen like the blue screen of death there i got this error

so whats the real prob ?

 

can you go to the safe mode / choose a minimal set of drivers ?
