    What did you do to rule out malware?

    Way to little information given to properly troubleshoot, plus the question stands what Timw stated... If Malware wasnt removed properly or fully, that could cause issues.

    The slow on right click is pretty easy, it is a corrupted Contextual Menu Handler. Several things for that, easiest one for me is to use ShellExView by Nirsoft to find it, disable it and restart explorer. Autoruns can be used for this as well....

    Other than that, need to provide alot more information, for example what was tried, any errors, safe mode, new user profile, running processes etc...

    Those logs show plenty of items.

    I would recommend you head over to the Malware Removal section and let a tech there assist you with the Malware Removal fully and properly before we can begin to troubleshoot your slow pc issues. You may even find your issue resolved after the Malware is fully removed.

    Rerun RogueKiller and have it delete these items:
    Code:
    ¤¤¤ Registry Entries : 10 ¤¤¤
    [RUN][SUSP PATH] HKCU\[...]\Run : AVG-Secure-Search-Update_0913b (C:\Users\Administrator\Application Data\AVG 0913b Campaign\AVG-Secure-Search-Update-0913b.exe /PROMPT --mid 64c053807d0347d0a15fd15857d4b4bb-1671e78382d9ac7a40227d34af0bb5fdb699c6d5 --CMPID 0913b [x][x][x]) -> FOUND
    [RUN][SUSP PATH] HKUS\S-1-5-21-1343024091-606747145-725345543-500\[...]\Run : AVG-Secure-Search-Update_0913b (C:\Users\Administrator\Application Data\AVG 0913b Campaign\AVG-Secure-Search-Update-0913b.exe /PROMPT --mid 64c053807d0347d0a15fd15857d4b4bb-1671e78382d9ac7a40227d34af0bb5fdb699c6d5 --CMPID 0913b [x][x][x]) -> FOUND
    [SERVICE][ROGUE ST] HKLM\[...]\CS003\[...]\Services : 68502243 (C:\WINDOWS.0\system32\DRIVERS\68502243.sys [x]) -> FOUND
    Then rerun Hitman and have it clean up the PUP/s and also have MBAM fix what it found.

    Otherwise, you need to look at and answer these questions:

    Please explain what operations are slow! For example answer the below:
    * Is boot up slow?
    * Is shutdown slow?
    * Is browsing/surfing slow?
    * Is downloading slow?
    * Is running any application?
    * Is it also slow in safe boot mode?
    * Also are any process showing in Task Manager to be using a lot of CPU time?
    * Anything else slow?
