Here's a screenshot of what I believe is my PC's problem. See my PC has been shutting down on its own lately and I wondered why so I downloaded stuff to monitor my PC's health. With this screenshot, it seems that my PC isn't getting enough power @_@ any remedies you guys can give me?

    will be highly appreciated

Post your complete system specs and the values on your power supply, namely amps on the 12v rails 3v, and 5v rails. Am I seeing that right 2.0v on the 12 v rail that cannot be right.

On the side of your power supply there should be a diagram with those values on it. i have never heard of that power supply did it come with the case you bought.

    anyway.....

    input: 15v-A8 60Hz 230v - 4 5A 50Hz

    output 400w max:
    +5v +12v -5v -12v +3 3v +5VSB
    35A 15A 0.5A 0.8A 22A 1A
    (+5V&+3 3V Total output 210W)

i think wher you are having trouble is the 12v amps are only 15 on a good power supply you will have more than that esp with that video card that reqires an power connector for it's self. Do you have another video card that does not require as much power to test.

the monitoring program is obviously in error since your system wouldnt even run on 2v. it also says your powersupply fan and cpu fan arent running i'd visually check those your ps might be overheating if the fan isnt running also get a volt meter or ps tester and check the output of the 12v rail

These are a good example of good quality power supplies, the max watts mean nothing if you do not look to see how many amps the power supply puts out.
