PC Speaker makes strange beeping noise.

Recently my Left PC Speaker has started to make a strange beeping noise like bip...bip...bip.

If it turn them off it stops and its only the left one that does it. It does this when i am just using Firefox to browse the net. They are Labtec Spin 75 Speakers.

    Does anyone have any ideas?

    Ta :)

Yes its next to TV/PC Monitor i use them as speakers rather than using the big TV's main one.

Its strange though its just started this.
