Pc will not boot.

Ok my pc will not boot into safe mode windows or even the recovery partition it also will not load the startup repair window. The last thing i did when it was stop everything in msconfig. I have tried reseating my ram and hard drive to confirm that was not the problem and I dont belive it is. I am able to boot from the windows cd and from there it will let me navigate thre the files on my hard drive but it will not let me do an instalation saying that it cant find dvd/cd drive drivers. any idea? It is an ASUS G74SX runninjg windows 7 64 bit

 

Ok, so it doesn't boot at all ?? Not even into Windows ??

 

well the problem has changed sense I posted. We have been able to confirm there is no hardwate problem and oit will not boot to anyhting but a CD so i am trying to reinstall windows but I keep getting an error. "a required cd/dvd drive device driver is missing. I have burnt the drives to a cd and placed them in the pc and tried to install them and it seemed like it did but the error just keeps poping up
