ok, no problem... a couple of times i got some dumping memory screen. Away from that i only had a problem after i shut it down it wouldn't power up again right after, if i needed to. I woud have leave it off for sometime or manually spin the fan on the motherboard. her
otherwise there were no error codes that i can recall.

ok i see.. well i have a dell with the same problem, and on the back of the tower their is a set of lights labeld A B C D and on that mine wont start either and like u said if i leave it alone for an hr or so it might start up normaly and it might not but i noticed that the lights (A,and B) would be lit up in yellow and not green and dell told me that is a memmory indication,so mi have a faulty memmory stick, i havent run any test yet but you may want to remove 1 stic ata time and see if that helps. or wait pull both and power up and see if you get the mother board to beep.if it does than power off and stick 1 stick back it and see if it will boot.if not power down agen and pull the 1 mem stick and stick the other one in and power on agen and see if it boots.if it dose than you know that one of your memmry sticks is bad. if none of this works than let me know. and we will try something else. keep me posted.:major

Why didn't you replace the fan that doesn't want to spin?
If a computer overheats, it will turn off to save the chip.
Is the fan in your power supply working? Maybe your power supply is dead.
You may need to replace the power supply and the fan on the CPU.
