PC won't boot FM2 A75IA E53

    so my PC had a blue blinking power light on it when I came back one afternoon and won't boot up anymore. I took the cover off unplugged the power cord and pressed the power button. the fan above the CPU moved briefly but did not spin. any suggestions?its a custom build MSI .
    . I put in as much info as I could remember.It's a custom build by now defunct Rain computers.I don' see a cmos battery on the board but dont know if it has one. That was my first thought then possibly power supply as mentioned

    Bios ms 7792 ver 1.1
    Mem corsair xms3 2x8 cmx16gx3m2a1600c11
    Hdd 256 ssd

    Any help is appreciated.
    Os windows 8
    Psu amd 3.2ghz

    It will have a CMOS battery. It's possible that it's on the underside of the mobo.

    Found it. It is wrapped instead of in a clip holder like I am used to seeing. Think that replacing it may fix the issue?

    If it hadn't been replaced in the last 4 years, it just may fix the issue. But, it has to be an exact replacement. My Dell laptop has a wrapped battery with a keyed twin lead attached. I had to get a CMOS battery for my specific model laptop. I couldn't just go and buy a CR2032 button cell battery (typical CMOS battery). But, my battery was less than $5.00 US on ebay.
