PC Won't Start

    Not sure what's up here. I get to the screen where it shows the motherboard name and that's it. Doesn't post, just freezes here. It's an older PC was my moms, she replaced it but I want to use it to host a website. Not looking to dump a huge amount of cash into it, but so far I've changed the battery on the MB and that didn't fix the prob. Any suggestions?
