pc wont turn on.

    pc wont turn on.
    presorio laptop win 7 ,pc wont turn on. battery is good and shows charge. i get nothing more then that. took battery out, it is cold to the touch. nothing left to do but have it looked at?!?!?!. thanks jeff

    ok confused here, i took the battery out, woulnt start, then i warmed up the battery, and it started, ~hands up in air with a wtf look on face. still not able to put as solved. has anyone ever had a simple "the start buttons going bad" !!!!!!!!!?????
