I have been trying to setup pcanywhere and am not having any luck. I have even enabled port forwarding and that still does not seem to work. I have also turned off all internal firewalls. Can someone please help. I have contacted the Symantec online chat support and no one can seem to help. They told me to call the maker of the router and ask them enable the router to skip it and go directly to the computer. I called the router company and of course they want to charge a huge premium to help. Everything is set up I just need to "skip" the router. The router is on a computer in another office and I access the router through wireless.

    Can anyone help me please!!

Have you opened the correct port on each router? (client and server?)

Do you think it would help to have my company just buy another DSL modem specifically for that computer?
