PCI e x16 compatibility?

    All the PCIe video cards are backwards compatible with the older PCIe slots.

    uhhh i think you got that wrong... PCIE 2.0 x16 wouldnt work in an older PCI e slot...

    i think you mean an older card would work in any of the newer slots..

    not only that but if you have a smaller pci-e fewer lanes with a converer you can use tha card. i have an atom based machine that has pci-e x1 slot and i run okey a 5570 graphic card. :)
