I have a very old agp graphics card and I am wanting to upgrade. Anyway, what is pci express? Is it a stand alone video card or do you have to have another video card for it ( like onboard video from your motherboard.). Will pci express card work with the older vdeo card that is in my agp slot?

    Thanks

Sorry Cob..........PCIe is only supported on motherboards that have PCIe slots. These take the place of agp slots on some newer motherboards. So unless you plan to upgrade your motherboard, you have to go with AGP.
