PCIE stupid mistake

    Hey guys, I've made a stupid mistake here, maybe you can help me. I can't find out for myself because my computer is in Detoxification mode right now.

    My Radeon X1600 XT Gcard has been running, since I purchased it a few months ago, with it set as PCI in the BIOS of my computer. Now that I've set it to PCIE in my BIOS, will it improve my performance? Or just fix all the annoying display problems I've been having?
