Do you have a PCIe video card installed? There's a chance that CPUz isn't reporting the info correctly. Very few hardware ID utilities report 100% of the hardware correctly 100% of the time. It may be just a little glitch. I stopped using CPUz a while back due to inaccuracies in it's reporting. If you check this link http://forum.x86-secret.com/showthread.php?t=7635&highlight=express and scroll all the way to the bottom, you'll read something about how CPUz doesn't detect the actual slots but just the presence of the bus. In this link, they're referring to AGP but I think the logic applies to PCIe also. The link goes to the CPUz forums; some poking around should find a better answer for you.
Good luck! I hope this helps.
