PCNow Changes Default Printer

I have set up a remote access using PCNow, but whenever I connect to the remote, its default printer is changed. It seems that it wants to switch to same default as the accessing computer and I am tearing heair out tryint figure it out. I tried moving the host/client setup to two different systems and the same thing happens, so it does not appear to be related to any specific machine.

I read this and thought -- that's just like Webex, how annoying! Makes us insane when one of our vendors comes in on that and we have to clean up the printers after they disconnect. It changed the default and it loaded all the remote machine's printers. Users would go from having 5 printers to having over a dozen after a connection. Now I see why your issue looks familiar, same program.

Our solution was to buy TeamViewer. LogMeIn was fantastic in tests but our rep was, well, not so great. TeamViewer has been really nice too. Is there a reason you chose PCNow and are you now invested in that choice? We never found a solution for the printer issues.
