    Hi,

    I have d/l the recent version of ConvertXtoDVD and upon install it stated the above noted file was not verified...but I installed anyway. Upon opening up to convert a movie it froze my whole pc?? I don't understand as I have used this before without a problem..The only difference being it is a different video card in the machine??

    Any assistance would be GREATLY appreciated..Tired of staying up till 3 am in the morning to find fixes...

    Did you completely uninstall the old version of ConvertX first before installing the new version? If you just attempted an update, it could be the old pcouffin.sys isn't totally kosher with the newer release.... you can also try the VSO ConvertX Forums. They have several forums, look here for the appropriate choice. You can also try filling out the 'contact support' form starting with this page.
