My PC this morning when I turned it on would not display anything. No error beeps or anything. When I hold the power button the unit powers off like normal as well...

I thought maybe my monitor went bad, so I attached my laptop to the monitor but it is fine...

So I plugged in a PCI Diagnostic Card and it comes back with error 1A. Something about first 64K according to manual...

Could someone maybe tell me what is wrong? It sounds to me like a CPU but I'm not 100% sure how the card works, nor what its result means...
