PCToolsPro install probs

Hey folks, shot in the dark here. I got this tooling software here called pctoolspro. It does things like diags, clean, and HD cloning. Well, when I try to install the HD cloning I get an error:
I/O error 1. And asks me to retry ignore or abort. THe file name is unins000.exe. Also when I try to install PCCLean--it gives me an error "EACCESSVIOLATION" What is that???

Also running a diag, I had an error under HD controllers stating that RTC Counting failed and Registers failed for second HD on my system(suspect that this is used for Data only) Any suggests since the tech support from these folks may come after the weekend and I am just too curious. Thanks
