PDF file wont open ?

Hi,
Well when I try to open a pdf file from the web page instead of Adobe X opening the File IE comes up to ask what to do with yourservices_aspx
IE:- save,save as or open !!!

When either is selected then Nothing !!!!
Have gone into 'Defaul programs' and the pdf file is selected to open with Adobe.

Using, ie7, windows 7 .....

The pdf file will open on my other computers but not this one !!!

Why on earth are you still using IE7? IE is up to version 9 now. So, I suggest you update your IE. I think that will help us help you since most users have moved beyond IE7 by now.

Anyway, I suspect you do not have Adobe Reader registered and enabled in your IE Add-ons. If that's the case, IE doesn't know what to do with a PDF file. Merely uninstalling and reinstalling Adobe Reader might resolve this.

Just opened the file in Chrome !! open ok...
so when i get around to it will download IE 8...
any advice when downloading this ?

Sorry once again !! I am Using IE9 ....
so whats up with the file ? why cant I open it when using windows 7...

If you open IE and go to Tools, Manage Add-ons, and, under "Show" in the left column of that screen, select "All add-ons", do you see Adobe Reader among the various add-ons shown there?

What version of Adobe Reader are you using? I'm using Foxit Reader and it's working in IE, Firefox, and Opera, which are the three browsers I have installed in my Windows 7 computer.

Again, an uninstall and reinstall of Adobe Reader might resolve this.
