PDF Question

Alright. I just finished up my business card and the place needs it to be in pdf format. Now, I currently use Photoshop CS2, and have been a photoshop user for years, but have never dealt nor needed to save in pdf until now. The image I am saving has some alpha transparency as well as drop shadows and some text glow. When I save it in pdf I lose quite a bit of quality, the drop shadows dont show up well, some of the lines get jaggy and one of the words that is glowing a little bit looks like crap, there is no way I can let this end up on the business card. Is there anyway to get the pdf to display the image as it would if it were say a png format?
