PeachTree Problem

I have started working at my local boys and girls club. The person who does the company accounting's PC was hit with a power surge. The hard drive is working just fine. I was able to retrive all of her data with the expection of PeachTree. We have new Dell Computer and I need to get the PeachTree program off the old hard drive and onto the new hard drive (the new PC is not compatable with the old PC). Can someone give me some advice. I have been sucessful in being able to get the program to open up on the new hard drive. However, when I use the program I keep getting tons of these error: "Internet Explorer Script Error". Is there some way that I can get PeachTree working again back to the way it was.

I have tried:

1. Installed the old version 2002 and then took all the files of peachtree off the old HD and overwritten on the new HD.
2. to simply just copy and past all the PeachTree files over to the same directory on the new HD, along with the Systems folder from the old HD. (I did not overwrite the files within the Systems folder, wanted to just add what was missing).
3. I have tried to disable Script Error checking under the Ineternet options.

I am open to any and all sugestions. I only have the 2002 disc of peachtree. If I am able to get the 2005 disc can I not just over write the files then? or be able to at least open the company files with a current matching version.

I dont know, I am at a loss here. Please help me someone? If you need more info just let me know. I have checked the forums and I was unable to find my answer.

The OS is XP from both the old and new PC.
