Pegasus - how to? (email)

I'm using the Pegasus email client to download from my various email accounts.

I'm having trouble with googlemail. I can access it and download my mail with no problems. However it downloads it into my main inbox, mixing my email. Howe can I create a separate mailbox for my gmail? I can do this when it's coming from an IMAP server with no problems, but not a POP3 server. Can't figure out how to set it up so it has it's own mailbox. I'm hoping I can do that instead of setting a filter. If you have to filter it, I need to know how exactly to do that. Any help appreciated.

 

Still can't figure this out. POP3 options seem limited, but I'm probably overlooking something.
