    I know what they are and what they do but... are they safe? and is this one any good?

    Athlon XP is K7 right? I keep forgetting.

    I know they have waterblocks with peltiers on them too, liquid + peltier cooling= best solution, am i right? except for vapo chill :rolleyes:
