Pen And Windows Ink/win10/64: Disabling?

    Hi! I seem to have a program called Pen and Windows Ink, and its short-cut key is interfering with Quick Access Popup's menu hot-key. I want to disable this program. How do I do that?

    While I'm at it, is there a way to register Quick Access Popup on a computer without internet access? I should be getting a new laptop at a day program soon, and it will probably not have internet access.

    I have Win10 Home, so the first suggestion didn't work. I am familiar with the Registry but was daunted by the warning on the page. Maybe I can change the short-cut key for Windows Pen? I don't want to change the short-cut key for Quick Access Popup.

    I found the problem with the hot-key: Quick Access Popup wasn't active. I opened it, and it worked. :)
