PentiumD 805vs PentiumD930 VS AMDX264 3800

Hi guys. Well I have a Pentium D805 just purchased it it runs at 2.66GHZ at stock. It is very overclockable. I can trade this in for a PentiumD 930 which I dont know much about but is said to be Overclocked up to 4.0GHZ as well. My third Option is the AMD 3800 x2 64bit which is rated as a good processor to overclock. THe Pentium D 805 and PD930 are both at 100 dollars at a Frys near my house. The AMD is Around 130 dollars. Which one of these are the best to OVerclock and run at the coolest temperatures. They all come with a Crappy ECS mother Board. But Im getting a ASUS board and plan to use water cooling CPU FAN. Anyhow IF anyone is successfully running one of the CPUS at AROund THE 3.4 to 4.0 range and have no Problems. Please OFfer some Combination Recommendations. MOBO AND CPU FAN AND PROCESSOR COMBO AND THE SPEED OF COURSE. I am trying to get the best bang for my buck. I would love to run a processor COmbo that consistently run for at least 8hours with stability. I plan to OVerclock to about 3.4 to 4.0 if possible with the INTELS. THe Amd I will try for 2.7 or maybe even 3.0 if possible.
