I am going to buy a crappy computer from Walmart soon. And only thing they got is 1 computer is the one with "most stuff like more ram and memory" even tho its crap Its highest out of the other poopy computers. Anyways my question is theres few to select from.

1. Computer with more stuff in it - but has vista that I hear nothing good about.

2. Computer with very little stuff like 1 g ram and really crappy... and it has windows xp.

3. Computer has really small stuff on it but its HP

My question is Ive used windows 95 then 98 then xp. Iam not use to HP or vista. But I see alot of issues with them all on here.. and I was wondering what people thought about all of them from the pros to cons about each one. I heard vista is annoying and most complicated with games and anything... with even a added feature of security of popping up window asking you permission.. but my friend got rid of that by quick search on the net.. So any pros and cons from these system plz. Also any one suggestion a computer thats better then like 2g ram max and 160 memory ? Thats all I got around here to buy..I got a best buy and want to spend up to 1,000 but I want something with more ram and etc.. so its not a poopy thing to begin with. Also anyone use newegg ? and shop there before? Legit to buy whole computer from there? It be my 1st time but a buddy uses it for parts.. says there pretty good to trust but? I seen a dual pc for like 600 dollars and I d hate to send info on net or cash?

 

I use an HP computer (pavilion 6340) that i have modified with Vista.
The only thing i will say about HP is they put the OS in and load it with HP :crap
but with a little effort you can get rid of it and i personally find it a good PC.
As for Vista, i had trouble when i first started to use it but if you put in some time to learn how it works i think you will be pleasantly surprised.

NewEgg is a reputable site from everything I have read and heard.
Just visited their site and looked like some good deals on Desktops at a price below what you stated. 500GB hard drive, Core2Quad(Q6600 2.4GHz),4GB RAM(DDR2).
Take cash left over for upgrades or go to dinner.
