Permanently Deleting Uninstalled Ms Store Apps

As you can probably tell by the title, I'm looking for a way to get rid of uninstalled MS Store apps. Can anyone help me with this? MS Support has been NO help (BIG surprise, right?). They just keep transferring me from tech to tech, who seem no have no idea what I'm trying to do! I'd like to remove ALL the old apps, but there is one in particular that is giving me fits: the MS Edge extension Ad Remover. I have uninstalled it three times, but as soon as I reboot/start my computer in the morning, there it is on my Start menu, waiting to be reinstalled. I'm running Windows 10 Home, with the latest free versions of CCleaner, SuperAntiSpyware, and Avast.
