Permisions for certain programs

    I was wondering if there is a way to change the permision for some programs I have.

    I am the admin and I don't want the other person who also uses this comp to use certain programs.

    Maybe there is a way by going into the registry but I don't know. Maybe someone out there knows.

    i was just thinking, doesn't it have the option to either share the stuff with all users, or just yourself when you install the stuff?
