permission help

permission helpcan someone tell me why it wont let me edit my posts, PM, and upload attachments? if its because im in trouble or sumthing please tell me why and if its a oops please fix it

 

There is a five minute time limit on editing all posts. (Actually, it's been increased from 3 minutes, so don't knock it), as per forum rules.

Applies to everyone, and all post, except Admins, I guess. They had a lot of trouble with lamers editing posts and denying they said whatever they said, apparently.

 

thanks for your help so far but its more than just mis-haps because you no that box at the bottom of your screen that is labeled posting rules this is what mine says: Posting Rules
You may post new threads
You may post replies
You may not post attachments
You may not edit your posts

so someone actualy made my user unable to do the last 2. when i first joined i was able to do all four things on the list.

 

Due to some of your activities in various forums you have been added to a user group with restricted permissions. If you demonstrate a consistent ability to abide by our guidelines (no profanity, no rudeness and disrespect toward mods/admins, no offering or encouraging of illegal software keys, hacks, cracks...etc.) the restrictions could be lifted in the future.

 

after the admin got one to me that last time when i was around on the first week i have ben behaving and if i havent can you please just tell me so i can correct it

 

As previously stated, if you demonstrate a consistent ability to abide by the forum guidelines the restrictions could be lifted. This of course won't happen over night so as long as you are patient and don't cross the lines I mentioned in my previous reply all will be 'normal' when it's deemed appropriate.
