    Need some help.

I have had no problems with my computer up till the other day I uninstalled AVG and loaded Zone Alarm but Zone was making my computer run REALLY slow. So I reinstalled AVG and now I am having "permission" error messages. One when I tried to open a ZIP file with WinRAR and then my computer cant see my iPhone in iTunes. I ran a diagnostic on iTunes and it came back with two errors and I was able to fix one but not the other. I looked at my start up and found that a bunch of the programs seem to "not exist". I think they are missing the target file. Whatever that means.

    Here is a list:

    -"C:\Program Files\uTorrent\uTorrent.exe"
    -c:\program files\advanced system optimizer\memtuneup.exe
    -%SystemRoot%\System32\svchost.exe -k netsvcs
    -C:\Program Files\Thomson multimedia\Lyra Wireless Remote\Lyraw.exe
    -C:\Program Files\Diskeeper Corporation\Diskeeper\DkIcon.exe
    -C:\Program Files\Java\j2re1.4.2_05\bin\jusched.exe
    -C:\Program Files\HPQ\Quick Launch Buttons\EabServr.exe /Start
    -C:\Program Files\HPQ\Default Settings\cpqset.exe
    -C:\WINDOWS\system32\hkcmd.exe
    -C:\Program Files\Synaptics\SynTP\SynTPEnh.exe
    -C:\Program Files\Synaptics\SynTP\SynTPLpr.exe

This is how they look on the startup inspector. What the heck happened and how do I fix it??

    Thanks
