Personal Icon For Outlook Express?

Hi, This is my first post and I am wondering if it is possible to have a personal downloaded icon appear and stay on your desk top when you receive mail as in Incredimail? I use Windows 10.

 

if you click on the notice at the fr right end of the taskbar , I find it gives a number on it , and when clicked I see my inbox latest (version 1709 -not updated, yet) There used to be a mail icon on my taskbar, but I no longer have that.

Thanks for your reply baklogic, but this only applies to the little banner that Windows show when you receive an email. My question was is it possible to replace that with a personal downloaded icon as in Incredimail ?

 

You'll have to look at Outlook's settings and see if there's an option to use a custom banner.

If not, and the little banner is an image file, you can replace it if you can find it.
If you can't find it, it's probably in a system file and best left alone.
