pesty netspry problems

I cant get rid of netspry in my internet browser. Please help. It keeps showing up no matter what I do. Can you help me get rid of it and get my internet exployer up and running again. Thank you so much, and please bear with me I'm pretty computer illiterate.

 

I hope I did this right I posted a message about getting rid of Netspry in my internet browser. No matter what I do I can not get it to go away. I have read similar problems everyone has been having with this issue. Please can you walk me through the muck of getting rid on this netspry that is invading my internet explorer. thank you. Please forgive me if this is posted again, this is my first Posting and on top of that I'm pretty computer illiterate. Thank you.

Not really familiar with netspry but if its attached to IE have you tried Ad-Aware and SpyBot to swat it?? Both progs available here at MG.
