PFwall.exe uses 95% CPU

PC with XP Home Dutch.

PC Is very slow, problems with MS Word running. Messages 'Applications not responding'.
When I stop 'PFwaal.exe' the PC speeds up and the problem seemd to be solved.
Problem might have been caused by installing new scanner software.
How do I solve this problem ?
I include a HijackThis file

As PFwall.exe is linked to this Firewall http://www.hotbrick.com/produto.asp?tipo=2&codPro=2 and your problem goes away once you disable it, then I would personally do 1 of two things....

1. Getn touch with the makers support and check for updates, if upto date then ask if they know of a fix for that part of the program taking 95% CPU time up.

2. If they dont know a fix or after any updates to the software if available then I would choose a new firewall, a few options are ZoneAlarm, Sygate, Outpost and all are free and located here http://majorgeeks.com/downloads34.html
