phone charge program, HELP ME!!

hi guys,
i need your help in making a programme that can:
be used to monitor and calculate the amount of time spent on a landline phone and which can also calculate the amount of money charged on phone calls.
pliz help i need your assistance

 

First you need the raw call records: do you have access to those, either real-time or in batch? Second, you'll need your rate table (what cost to what destination at what time of day on what day of week): do you have access to those? If so, it's really just a simple matter of building a simple cost costing routine, feed the data into it, and display/report however you want.

Will it be a desktop app, or web-based? PC or *nix?
