Photo editing software

I am looking for a program that will allow you to fix an old scanned picture. I had one once that had a feature where you could click on a color in the picture and add it in other spots. ( I have a picture that is need of repair) its pretty worn out. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

 

Paint shop pro works great, if your not talking about freeware.

 

I think this one will do what you need....plus has tons of

This is true!....Guess they made this one a FreeWare....
I Bought PhotoPlus 6 2 years ago....when it wasn't....
Oh well.......the 5.5 does/will do what you want it too and
has lots of other goodies as well...

P.S. They are a reputable software co and will not give
out any info on you....OPT-IN/Out is available for their
newsletter or product update.
