photoelements 7

hi, i have just purchsed photoshop elements 7. i would like some advice on where to instal it. i have two hard drives in my pc, the normal c drive which is 80gb & has 47gb free space or the d drive which just has my itunes on with all my music. it is 160gb with 104gb free space. also, where do you acualy store your photos is it in photo elements or my pictures- i use xp. all advice will be much appreceated, thanks.

 

I'd install it to C: If your documents are 'large' I'd move them to D:.
I have not used the new versions, but usually thet store them in my pictures by default. You can do 'save as..' a pick somewhere else.
That is why I store my documents on my second drive 1) space 2) if the OS goes or the hard drive, my documents are not going to be lost when I reload.
*notice it is not a fail safe 'back up' the D: drive could fail & everything be lost too*

How do you move them? if you have My Documents on the desktop right click and select properities & Move.
