Photogallery tries to install on startup

Hi I'm running windows XP on my Thosiba Satellite A60 laptop. Whenever I startup the computer after booting up and windows loads. I'm prompted with a dialog box saying that windows will now install Photogallery. I'm not sure if this program is associated with my HP 1610 all in one printer. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the printer and software asscociated with it however Photogallery install still runs. Any suggestions or help will be greatly appreciated.
