Photographs not showing

I really hope someone can help me because I have a problem which no one seems to be able to solve. I have a PC, and a laptop. Two of my web site's seem to have thumbnails missing when viewed on the PC. They display perfectly OK on the laptop. There is no Red Cross where the photographs should be, so there is definitely nothing wrong with the actual page. I think it has got something to do security Center , because I have not got it on my laptop. Also, I found out this evening that my parents cannot not see the photographs either, and they are in France at the moment. I really hope someone can shed light on this.

I think I have tried deleting the cookies before and it made no difference. Tools> temporary Internet files, I assume this is where you are talking about? I know exactly what you mean about security Center, I can even seem to turn it off probably, I think Microsoft have got a real cheek including this type of software and not giving you the choice to get rid of it.
