    When I went back to Melbourne over Christmas and New Year, I didn't even take the camera out of the travelling bag, let alone its little fake leather pouch.
    Here are some photos taken by a young tourist at the same time I was there.

    Outsiders often show you the aspects of a place you've forgotten or ignored.
    I photographed some of the same locations on my first visit back from Perth - 1992 I think.
    The negs are packed away somewhere, I must dig them out and get them transferred to a disk.
