photoshop 7

hey i got photoshop 7 and dont know how to use it. i see things like http://www.worth1000.com/ and i wish i could do that sort of stuff. where can i learn that kind of 1337 graphics making? and how do you make 3d art in photoshop 7?

This one is good too. Mess about with things once you get the basics down. All the best photoshop work is done through experimentation.
