Photoshop For Chromebook?

    Hi. I bought a Chromebook because I don't like Mac, and Microsoft is too much for me lately. All I was to do is some not-so-serious photo editing and I love my Photoshop 7. I contacted PS and they say that the software won't work with the Google platform, but as I was skimming some articles and info, I noticed that one way to get arount this is to use it in a VPN. I don't see how that would work, but I'm willing to give it a try. Any thoughts or fixes? Thanks!
