Php Help

I need some major PHP help and would like to know if anybody knows how to get vbhome lite to work with vb bulletin using the php scripts. what program do I need to edit php scripts and how do I get them loaded up on the server without messing up my current forums page? Please help me!!!!!

 

use notepad or dreamweaver in code only mode to edit PHP scripts.
either way its a good idea to set up the forum as you want it locally (im presuming you have a local server environment to test stuff) then upload all the files with FTP. how do you get into your web space?
